My 45th Birthday Wishes

Through a bit of corporate generosity, I have Abobe CS6 Design and Web Premium sitting uninstalled on my desk. Full version, new, on disc. Yes, almost $2000 worth of absolutely gorgeous software, unused!

The problem is that once I install it, I've used the license. That's it! There's no moving it to a newer computer later. Ever.

While I love my laptop, she's over four years old and sometimes too slow as it is. I upgraded her memory to the max when I got her, and I really need at least double what she's got. 

I thought about getting a new desktop machine, but the fact is that after sitting at a desk all day, I have no interest in coming home and doing the same. No, I need a laptop that can lounge with me on the sofa or even join me in bed. As some of you boys well know, I often do my best work there!

In looking at specs, I realized that what I really need is a gaming laptop: fast processor, plenty of memory, great video card & a MUCH larger screen than the little thin & light that I have now. She's in great shape for her age, and I'll still use her for the lower memory-intensive applications - writing, email, browsing - especially when I'm away from home. Who wants to lug around a 10 pound one when you don't have to!

Unfortunately, the kind of laptop I'm looking at starts around $1200, and the ones that I'm drooling over are close to $2000! And if you spend that much, you also want the $300 protection plan. 

The good news is that they have several possibilities on Amazon.com. Right now I'm actually leaning toward staying with Windows 7 and this kick ass Alienware one.

I've decided to wait on getting a new SmartPhone. Instead,

I used to do desktop publishing, but I no longer have InDesign and only have an ancient version of PhotoShop (7.0 - from 2002)! I want to get back into doing more layout and design work, and to bring my graphic design and web skills up to speed, both for myself and also as a possible way to move toward working from home. I even have access to some free online tutorials. All I need is for you boys & gurls to help me get there. :-)

Valentine Panties

Thanks to everyone who has downloaded my Valentine's Day Assignment. Even if you missed the free download day, it's priced at only 99 cents so as to be accessible to everyone, whether you have a Mistress, are interested in performing it under my direction, or want to do it on your own.

As I was preparing the assignment, I started looking for Valentine's Panties. Cacique has a nice selection, with many good examples of what you are looking for, including these black "Be Mine" tanga panties trimmed in pink lace, with pink lacings up the back.

They a variety of hipsters, boyshorts and string bikinis with other candy-heart saying like "You Sexy Thing!" ,"Love Me", "X♥X♥" or with lip prints all over them. Being a writer, I also really like these ruffled "Love Words" hipsters even though they have a white background.

The Pink and Black Lace-Trimmed Heart-Print Boyshorts on the left and the Pink and White "Je t'aime" version on the same page are really cute, but seem to have a somewhat low rise, which can be a consideration for those with a nice size package. There are some Pink, Silver and White Cotton Boyshorts which seem to have better coverage, but I don't think they're as cute.

These Pink and Black Satin and Lace Panties remind me of my boys and girls who love the look and feel of satin. They also have an absolutely yummy Pink Satin and Black Lace Skirt trimmed with garters which looks like it might be a close match.

Lacy pink or red panties, such as these Red Lace-Trimmed Nylon/Spandex Hipsters, are also acceptable if you can't find something more specifically Valentine-themed.

Birthday Wish List (Updated)

For those who don't know, Monday is my birthday. As I said elsewhere, I'll be the answer to the question of "Life, the Universe and Everything." ;-)

I adore the sensuous feel of silk and dusty rose is one of my favorite colors... sometimes more for household stuff than for clothes, but these are all exquisite, especially with the wide antique lace trim.

So much so that I was trying to decide if I liked these enough to actually wear pajamas!

It was actually a bit of a trick question because I don't wear pjs. When at home, whether lounging or sleeping, I wear nightshirts, chemises, nightgowns, etc. I feel most comfortable with my womanhood covered by panties, but nothing else. So, on reflection, I decided that they would be too "binding".

A Few of My Favorite Things ~

Because you asked, both to know me better and to have some idea of the holiday gifts I might like, I have decided to share the below. It's a list that I usually keep for my personal submissives.

Sleek black for iPods, phones, etc. and always black for leather. Black with gold, ivory, sage green or silver grey for bedding (queen sized, of course). I only prefer silver over gold are for things like cars & computers, where it really looks better.

When in doubt, go with black, possibly accented with gold. As my sub, you’ll learn that those are my signature colors. As you might have noticed, purple has also become a real favorite. ;-)

I usually only wear gold or brass jewelry. Gold-filled is okay. Gold-plated is just tacky!

Birthday Lingerie ~

Can't you just imagine me in this sexy little chemise? I bought two of them and the matching robe from JC Penney's with one of my birthday tributes.

I love the sleek black satin, and the rose-bud embroidered bodice is just the right accent, bringing your eyes to my best assets. The short length and spaghetti straps are going to be perfect for hot summer nights.

Upcoming Holiday Assignments / Test Sub-jects Needed for Fetish Exploration

I'm planning to continue recording and/or editing my holiday assignments as we move forward through the year so that by 2011, I will have the entire year ready to be re-edited into a "Holiday Assignments" book.

Historically, these assignments have slowed down over the summer, with less holidays and more boys busy with family and social obligations, so the next few assignments have only been performed a couple times over the last decade and need to be completely re-written. Therefore, I will need to "test" them with a greater variety of subs, getting feedback on the assignments themselves, including anything that needs more clarification, as well as getting more feedback on how different types of subs react to the different types of assignments. This series of assignments is designed for fetish exploration and it covers a large range of interests, including crossdressing, role playing, cb toys/ownership, tease and denial, etc. Therefore some assignments will work better for some boys than for others.

Assignments for the rest of the year will include:

• Beltane/May Day (May 1)
• July 4th/Bastille Day (July 14)
• School Days (probably September)
• Halloween
• Thanksgiving (US date - late November)
• Yule/Christmas

Beltane/May Day and July 4th/Bastille Day are usually "ribbon assignments", but I'd like more variety for the book, so I'm considering writing up new assignments for them, or perhaps assigning one of two alternate versions, depending on the specific sub in question.

I'd like to have an assignment for every month, so I may also decide to fill in with some of the following:

• Litha/Summer Soltice (June) 
• Lammas/Lugh (August 1)
• The "Dog Days" of Summer (any summer month) - perfect for a puppy intro assignment :-) 

The assignments usually follow this format :

• A pre-holiday shopping trip to buy a small/inexpensive item, such as a pair of panties or a piece of ribbon, in order to prepare for the assignment. Part of the point of this is to send you into stores shopping "on assignment", so that you can experience it through "kink-colored" glasses. You  may have to go into places primarily frequented by women, such as lingerie shops or fabric stores, or you may be asked to look at items in new ways, such as looking for a kink item in a hardware or pet store.
• You report back to me on your shopping experience, including where you shopped, what you purchased and any unusual interactions with the salespeople. I love hearing about the trip (Were you nervous? Turned on? Was the salesperson curious? Did you tell her what you were doing? How did she react?), and this also allows me to approve the item(s) that you purchased. It's not unusual for a sub to get two versions and let me choose, or for them to pick something that is very unique to their personality so that even something as seemingly simple as a shopping report shows me (and them) a lot about who they are as a submissive or fetishist.
• You are also to send me a gift from my wishlist (or something else as assigned by me) as a thank you for the assignment. For holiday assignments, the gift is sent while you are shopping, rather than after completion of the assignment, so that I will receive it in time to enjoy it on the holiday.
• On or near the holiday in question (I allow alternate dates for significant-other/family/roommate privacy reasons, as long as they are pre-arranged with me), you are to perform the actual assignment itself. It usually involves wearing or using the item that you purchased. A few of the assignments require a couple hours of undisturbed private time, while others will be something that you do throughout the day, such as wearing the item under your regular clothing. If you are wearing it on a specific holiday for me, I may ask you to check in to let me know that you have begun the assignment. I do get quite excited knowing that you are wearing panties or a ribbon for me as you go about your day, and in those cases, doing it without checking in takes away my own control and enjoyment.
• Afterward, you report to me again regarding your feelings and experiences while performing the assignment. There may be extra points given for sending me pictures, etc., but they are generally not required.

Nothing inspires me to write assignments more than having actual boys and "girls" doing them, so I'll be looking for "test sub-jects" to sign up for each assignment as I start working on it, as well as assigning appropropriate ones to my existing submissives. (Look for announcements on Twitter &/or on this blog.)

If you are interested in performing an assignment, you will need to send me your mail address so that I can send it to you. Then you are required to give me your commitment to perform the assignment. I am happy to mentor sincere new subs and fetishists in this area, and I understand that not all assignments work for all subs, however I also do not wish to waste my time on those who are not serious in their inquries.

You do not need to be my submissive, or applying to me in order to do the assignments, however opening up my assignments to new subs has proven to be an excellent way to test new potentials for online-only service positions. If you are interested in servicing in that fashion, consistently going above-and-beyond on my assignments is an excellent way to get my attention... and my consideration.

Bunnies & Birthdays ~

I just sent out this year's Easter/Ostara assignment, which I've decided to rename the "Bunny Assignment". It's a bit different from my other holiday assignments, and is appropriate for girls of any gender (no boy-parts needed) and for some furries, as well as for the usual CDs, sissies, pantyboys and subs. It's based on a Playboy bunny transformation assignment that I previously wrote as an Easter assignment, but also has some interesting elements from my "Puppy Play" series, except that in this case, its "Bunny Play". :-)


Since it's already past Ostara and so close to Easter, I decided to extend the deadlines. At least the shopping should be done by Easter and the gift sent by my birthday. Knowing that the last part of the assignment will require a couple hours of privacy, I'm allowing each trainee to commit to their own deadline for performing it and returning the final report. However, I know if they wait too long, they won't do the assignment, and given that I am planning to do a Beltane/May Day assignment, I've asked that the final report deadlines before April 20.

Yummy CD Book Shopping (Thanks jezi!)

My darling jezi just sent me a belated gift certificate so that I could get the crossdressing books on my wishlist, and I've been having fun on Amazon:

I replaced my copy of Miss Vera's Finishing School for Boys Who Want to Be Girls by Veronica Vera. When I came back from California, I left my books there because I wasn't sure if I was staying in NC. They came back in a couple of batches, and I think it got misplaced somewhere along the way.

And got her second book, Miss Vera's Cross-Dress for Success: A Resource Guide for Boys Who Want to Be Girls because I want to check out all the resource listings.

I also purchased The Lazy Crossdresser by Charles Anders because I expect it to have some really good tips. I generally prefer CDs who enjoy the colors, textures, etc. of wearing women's clothing especially panties, hose, etc., but who aren't as interested in being passable. I'm not much into full-transformation for my boys, but I do support the "girls" who are, and I have gotten a bit rusty in the area of all the tricks and tips that help. I also want to learn more about the different types of crossdressers and how they differ psychologically.

Speaking of which, I was also looking at Alice in Genderland: A Crossdresser Comes of Age by Richard J. Novic. I didn't buy it tonight, but I am wondering if anyone has read it or any of the autobiographical books from the wives of crossdressers.

The prices of the books had gone down a bit, so, for fun, I also added the Porn for Women, photographed by Susan Andersonmen 2010 Wall Calendar. If you haven't seen the "Porn for Women" products, they humorously feature sexy guys vacuuming, being a good listener, bringing the reader flowers, serving strawberries or chamomile tea, etc. Some are kind of silly. Some are very yummy!

The 2011 calendar is also already available for pre-order (hint, hint), and, as you can see, the cover is hot!!! All he needs are some pretty panties or a nice silk thong instead of those pants! you might gift one to your Mistress in order to remind her of your good service - or consider it a list of some of the many ways that you should be learning to better serve her!

Holiday Panties Shopping Assignment ~

I want you to buy (in-person from an actual store... whether Victoria's Secret, Lane Bryant or Walmart) a pair of the sexiest holiday panties that you can find. Candy cane or holiday tree designs, or something in red satin or lace with white marabou trim -- that sort of thing. Pay careful attention to finding some that are in a size that should fit you, and a style that should hold your package nicely, while still not being baggy or covering too much. See my note below if you need help with panty sizing**.

At the same time look around, and find a nightgown or other lingerie that you think I would like. I like long gowns with spaghetti straps, a fitted bodice and a long flowing skirt... satin or silk, accented with lace. You can see some examples here:

Holiday Shopping & Gifts ~

I'm cooking up a Yule assignment, similiar to my Valentine's Day assignment, in which I'll have multiple boys buying and wearing panties for me on Yule/Winter Solstice (December 21), which is the holiday that I celebrate.
